The best way to reach Edgex is email. We work in writing, so you always have a record of what we've agreed.
What to include
A few details help us send you a useful reply the first time:
- Your type of business and roughly where you're based
- What you'd like to fix (for example, "we miss calls while we're on jobs")
- What you use today: phone provider, website platform, booking or store tool
Please don't email passwords. We'll never ask for them by email. If a setup needs access to one of your accounts, we'll explain a safe way to do it first.
