Straight answers
- Do I need a new phone number or a new website?
- Usually not. Most of what we set up works alongside the phone number, website and booking tools you already have. If something does need to change, we'll say so in the plan before you pay anything.
- Do you use AI?
- Yes. Edgex is a small studio that does much of its work with AI tools. We'll always tell you plainly what's automated, and nothing we build pretends to be a person.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on what you need and what you already use. Every project gets a written quote up front. Most automations also have small running costs (for example, text message fees), and we list those in the plan so there are no surprises.
- Can we talk on the phone?
- We work by email. It keeps everything in writing, so you always have a record of what was agreed and how things work.
